How long are shipping times?

Clever vs. Smarter prides itself on providing our customers with the fastest possible service, so shipping times are based on the product and its demand. For general shipping, it is 3-5 days but for custom-made items the shipping can range from 7-10 days, sometimes longer depending on the range of the customization.

What is the refund policy?

Custom orders are not refundable, there is only an exchange or replacement option.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations are accepted but within 48 hours of the order. Once a product starts to print we can not cancel the order.
